David Leite, owner of Leite’s Culinaria, will moderate a conversation with Chefs Anthony Gonçalves of Kanopi in Westchester, NY, David Costa of Adega in San Jose, CA, and José Meirelles of Le Marais in NYC, who will share their family’s Christmas traditions and their own new interpretations.
