Portugal-United States CEO Forum: a new platform for business cooperation
The Government of Portugal has announced the Portugal-United States CEO Forum, a new platform bringing together governments and businesses from both countries to promote trade, investment, and new opportunities for cooperation.
The forum fulfils a commitment made at the 52nd Standing Bilateral Commission, held in Lisbon in January 2026. It will focus on strategic sectors like technology and digital platforms, energy and infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, and defence and aerospace, with the private sector playing an active role in setting priorities. The first edition will take place in Lisbon, on the sidelines of Web Summit.
