Conference on the 40 years of Democratic Constitution in Portugal

Organized the Executive Council of FLAD - The Fundação Luso-Americana para o Desenvolvimento ( Luso American Development Foundation), kit will take place at Georgetown University, Washington, DC.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the promulgation of Portugal’s Constitution, and four decades of Portuguese democracy, FLAD will hold a conference in partnership with Georgetown University to consider various aspects of Portugal’s experience during the democratic period: the role of the constitution, changes in the party system, the process of European integration, and gender equality.
